DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7361 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Cross Plains. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cross Plains be amended to include in the R-1A Residential and A-2(8) Agricultural District/s the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 7361 TO R-1A: Part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 32, Town of Cross Plains, described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Section 32; thence N89°35'50" East 165 feet along the North line of Section 32, Thence S00°05'52" West 165 feet, thence S19°45' East 85 feet, thence S01°40'East 75.00 feet, thence N80°28' West 93.50 feet, thence N58°30' West 60.00 feet, thence N32°53' West 99.10 feet, thence N00°05'52 East 190.30 feet to the point of beginning. TO A-2(8): Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 31 and the W 1/2 NW 1/4 of Section 32, Town of Cross Plains, described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Section 31; thence N88°56'44" West 184.06 feet along the North line of Section 31, thence S00°28'35" East 257.47 feet, thence S46°03 East 251.63 feet, thence S00°05'52" West 891.28 feet along the East line of Section 31, thence N89°34'53" East 330.00 feet, thence N00°05'52" East 1320.00 feet, thence S89°35'50" West 165 feet, thence S00°05'52" West 165 feet, thence S19°45' East 85 feet, thence S01°40' East 75.00 feet, thence N80°28' West 93.50 feet, thence N58 30' West 60.00 feet, thence N32°53' West 99.10 feet, thence N00°05'52" East 190.30 feet along the West line of Section 32 to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of D- ^: 1 ure ecord the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void.
