He wishes to create a 1.1 acre R-1A parcel <br /> including the Easternmost farmhouse for his grandson. The 10.4 acre `remainder' of the A-1EX parcel <br /> is separated from Laufenberg's 321 acre farm in Sections 29&32, so it must be rezoned with a CSM. <br /> The A-2(8)district will permit the existing SFR,AG use outbuildings, <br /> and AG uses including 1 animal unit per acre. Cheney states that Laufenberg"does not wish to keep <br /> more than 10 animals." <br /> Soils: 20%Class I-II,20%Class III,20%Class IV,40%Class V-VIII <br /> Uses: 66%Pasture, 34%houses,yards,buildings <br /> REGIONAL PLANNING <br /> Petition 7361.
