Page 1 <br /> DANE COUNTY <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #1521 <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD <br /> PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255 (2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> DOES HEREBY: <br /> GRANT: The Conditional Use Permit subject to conditions. <br /> FOR: Single Family Residence and Agricultural Uses. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 10/11/98 EXPIRATION DATE: 11/10/2003 <br /> THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 35, Town of Burke described as <br /> follows : Commencing at the Southwest corner SW 1/4 SE 1/4 <br /> Section 35 and point of beginning; thence N89° East 448 <br /> feet;thence N01° East 603 . 01 feet; thence N89° West 456. 1 feet to <br /> the centerline Town Road, thence S01° West 609.2 feet to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, <br /> any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for <br /> revocation of this permit. <br /> 1. Livestock is limited to a maximum of 2 head and excludes swine and poultry. <br /> 2. Two acres shall be maintained as pasture. Adequate fencing must be maintained for the <br /> containment of the livestock. <br /> 3. The north 150 feet of the property shall be maintained in a green-space wooded area <br /> and an easement on this area, running in favor of the town, be <br /> 4. recorded with the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> 5. A new driveway shall be constructed at the time of construction of the proposed new <br /> warehouse building. Said driveway shall have a 35 foot culvert so that semi-trucks can <br /> remain on the blacktop portion of the road when turning in and out of the property. <br /> 6. The Permit shall run for a period of 5 years. Owner may submit application for a <br /> renewed permit. <br />
