COMPOSITE REPORT - Page 2 APPLICATION NO. <br /> SIA,ELCAMMMS <br /> ZONING REVIEW <br /> 9. CUP 1521 A&H Properties,Burke 35 <br /> Single Family Residence and Agricultural Uses in the C-1 Zoning District <br /> The new owners are applying for"renewal"of CUP#767(effective 10/24/1989), which was granted <br /> to previous owners of this property, with the following Conditions: <br /> 1. Livestock is limited to a maximum of 2 head and excludes swine and poultry. <br /> 2. Two acres shall be maintained as pasture. Adequate fencing must be maintained for the <br /> containment of the livestock. <br /> 3. The north 150 feet of the property shall be maintained in a green-space wooded area and an <br /> easement on this area,running in favor of the town,be <br /> 4. recorded with the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> 5. A new driveway shall be constructed at the time of construction of the proposed new <br /> warehouse building. Said driveway shall have a 35 foot culvert so that semi-trucks can <br /> remain on the blacktop portion of the road when turning in and out of the property. <br /> 6. The Permit shall run for a period of 5 years. Owner may submit application for a renewed <br /> permit. <br /> Owners Holly Woehrl and Kerry O'Brien, dba A&H Properties, wish to rent out the existing house <br /> and horse barn on this property, and also request a CUP for`Agricultural uses' --"keeping of two <br /> horses." Although there is no commercial or business use of the property now,the owners wish to <br /> keep their options open for future commercial use or sale. <br /> Note: This parcel is in the Height Restriction Area for the Dane County Regional Airport. <br /> REGIONAL PLANNING <br /> CUP 1521. The new owners are applying for a "renewal"of CUP 767(effective 10/24/98). These <br /> uses(existing single family residence and keeping livestock) could be accommodated as permitted uses <br /> in either the RH-2 or A-2(4)Zoning Districts and avoid potential conflicts with potential commercial <br /> uses at this location. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (septic, etc.) <br /> Consideration should be given to the provisions for regular removal of animal waste and for control of <br /> pests and odors that can be associated with this type of operation, especially in a rapidly urbanizing <br /> setting. <br /> DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> CTH"T'is a controlled access highway.
