The present <br /> owner, Sally Branch, has accepted an offer to purchase the land. The couple <br /> purchasing the lanc wish to build a three-bedroom home with attached garage <br /> next spring. They would like enroll the remaining acreage in the CRP program <br /> (the present CRP ©antract expires on 09/30/98), rent it out as cropland, or plant <br /> trees for wholesale to area nurseries.
