Call to Order: The Meeting was called to order by Jack Markin, at 8:02 p.m. at the Perry Town Hall. <br /> 2. Attendpnce: Present were committee members Jack Markin, Dean Vogel,Milo Grundahi, Steve <br /> Ashman and Mick Klein-Kennedy; town board members Pat Downing, Larry Price and town clerk, <br /> Michele Kittleson <br /> 3. Minutes of prior ineeting: Steve Ashman moved and Mick Klein-Kennedy seconded a motion to <br /> approve the minutes of the January meeting as corrected. Motion carried. The correction: Under <br /> Review of Land Use Plan delete could once again be used and that the Land Use Plan adopted in <br /> 1996 should be amended,and finish the sentence with could be used to determine the total <br /> number of density units per panel and for entire township` Motion carried. <br /> 4. Application for Site Approval,Driveway Construction an 1 Building Permit: Dennis and Kathy <br /> Sherven's applications for site plan, driveway construction and building permits were presented. <br /> • Milo moved to recommend to the Town Board that the application for the Site Plan for Dennis and <br /> Kathy Sherven be approved. Steve seconded and the motion carried. <br /> • Milo moved to recommend to the Town Board the approval of the driveway permit for Dennis and <br /> Kathy Sherven in Section 20. Mick seconded and the motion carried. <br /> • Steve moved to recommend to the Town Board that the Building Permit be approve subject to an <br /> acceptable perk test for a septic system. Mick seconded and the motion carried. <br /> 5. Comments by Residents <br /> Dominic Haag and Dennis Cleary were present for information from the Committee on a 15 acre • <br /> parcel of land that Haag would like to buy from Cleary subject to the approvals to build on it. The <br /> Committee suggested that he go ahead and make the applications necessary and that they would work <br /> with him on approval of a site. <br /> Sally Branch would like to sell 17 acres across Drammen Valley Road from her home. It is a non- <br /> conforming parcel with a density unit grand-fathered in. The Committee suggested that she steer any <br /> potential buyers to the best site on the property for building. <br /> 6. Meeting Date: The next meeting will be March 31 with the site viewing on the 28th. <br /> 7. Adjournment Steve moved and Mick seconded to adjourn the meeting.
