DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7370 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Black Earth. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Black Earth be amended to include in the RH-4 Rural Homes <br /> District's the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7370 <br /> A parcel of land located in the SW 1/4 NE 1/4, the NW 1/4 SE 1/4, the NE 1/4 SW 1/4, <br /> Section 25, Town of Black Earth, described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 25; thence S88°04'48" East, <br /> 2658.68 feet along the East-West quarter line of said Section 25 to the Southwest corner <br /> of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 of said Section 25 and the point of beginning; thence NO1°54'53" <br /> East, 1315.77 feet along the West line of said SW 1/4 NE 1/4; thence S88°14'48"East, <br /> 1329.09 feet along the North line of said SW 1/4 NE 1/4, thence SO1°59'07" West, <br /> 659.82 feet along the East line of said SW 1/4 NE 1/4; thence N87°33'45"West, 79.82 <br /> feet; thence S12°28'03"West, 516.26 feet; thence S41°51'51"West. 102.21 feet; thence <br /> S53°27'37"West, 120.00 feet; thence N88°04'48"West, 896.30 feet along the South line <br /> of said SW 1/4 NE 1/4; thence S46°54'59"West, 138.59 feet to a point on the East line of <br /> the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 of said Section 25; thence S01°54'53"West, 1219.77 feet along the <br /> East line of said NE 1/4 SW 1/4; thence N88°11'04"West, 932.23 feet along the South <br /> line of said NE 1/4 SW 1/4; thence N30°51'10"East, 751.28 feet; thence N59°08'52" <br /> West, 217180 feet; thence N62°42'3T'East, 593.15 feet; thence N47°09'06"East, 203.51 <br /> feet; thence NO 1°54'53"aEast, 92.95 feet; thence N74°17'17"East, 101.86 feet to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REOUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall <br /> be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(l)(a),(b),(c). <br />
