DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7370 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Black Earth. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Black Earth be amended to include in the RH-4 Rural Homes District's the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 7370 A parcel of land located in the SW 1/4 NE 1/4, the NW 1/4 SE 1/4, the NE 1/4 SW 1/4, Section 25, Town of Black Earth, described as follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 25; thence S88°04'48" East, 2658.68 feet along the East-West quarter line of said Section 25 to the Southwest corner of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 of said Section 25 and the point of beginning; thence NO1°54'53" East, 1315.77 feet along the West line of said SW 1/4 NE 1/4; thence S88°14'48"East, 1329.09 feet along the North line of said SW 1/4 NE 1/4, thence SO1°59'07" West, 659.82 feet along the East line of said SW 1/4 NE 1/4; thence N87°33'45"West, 79.82 feet; thence S12°28'03"West, 516.26 feet; thence S41°51'51"West. 102.21 feet; thence S53°27'37"West, 120.00 feet; thence N88°04'48"West, 896.30 feet along the South line of said SW 1/4 NE 1/4; thence S46°54'59"West, 138.59 feet to a point on the East line of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 of said Section 25; thence S01°54'53"West, 1219.77 feet along the East line of said NE 1/4 SW 1/4; thence N88°11'04"West, 932.23 feet along the South line of said NE 1/4 SW 1/4; thence N30°51'10"East, 751.28 feet; thence N59°08'52" West, 217180 feet; thence N62°42'3T'East, 593.15 feet; thence N47°09'06"East, 203.51 feet; thence NO 1°54'53"aEast, 92.95 feet; thence N74°17'17"East, 101.86 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REOUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(l)(a),(b),(c).
