Page 1 <br /> DANE COUNTY <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #1522 <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD <br /> PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255 (2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> DOES HEREBY: <br /> GRANT: The Conditional Use Permit. <br /> FOR: Make conforming existing and cemetary expansion. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 12/8/98 EXPIRATION DATE: (See Below) <br /> THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and all of the NW 1/4 of the NW <br /> 1/4 of Section 7, Town of Cottage Grove described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Section 7; thence <br /> S00°35' 15" East, along the West line of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 <br /> of said Section 7, 1322 . 53 feet; thence N84°40' 56" East, along <br /> the South line of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of said Section 7, <br /> 671 . 53 feet to the Northerly right of way of County Highway BB; <br /> thence along the Northerly right-of-way of County Highway BB; <br /> being a curve to the right with a radius 7700. 00 feet and with a <br /> long chord bearing and distance of N74°16' 44" East, 603. 16 feet; <br /> thence N00°48' 45" West, 1205. 31 feet; (recorded as N01°00' West, <br /> 1205. 33 feet and N00°49' 18" West, 1205. 06 feet) ; thence <br /> S85°01' 37" West, along the North line of the fractional Northwest <br /> quarter of said Section 7, 1250. 41 feet (recorded as S84°49'West, <br /> 1250. 06 feet) to the point of beginning. <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE AFTER PUBLIC HEARING AND <br /> IN THEIR CONSIDERATION OF THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MADE THE <br /> FOLLOWING FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1 . That the establishment, maintenance and operation of the <br /> proposed conditional use will not be detrimental to or endanger <br /> the public health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare. <br /> 2. That the uses, values and enjoyment of other property in the <br /> neighborhood for purposes already permitted will not be <br /> substantially impaired or diminished by the establishment, <br /> maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use. <br /> 3. That the establishment of the proposed conditional use will not <br /> impede the normal and orderly development and improvement of <br /> the surrounding property for uses permitted in the district. <br /> 4 . That adequate utilities, access roads, drainage and other <br /> necessary site improvements will be made. <br />
