Now that the Plan Commission has <br /> discussed land use issues and traffic routing for this <br /> neighborhood, we would like the Town Board to review the project ... <br /> again and take action at their meeting. on September 17th. <br /> One issue that remains to be resolved is the Blanchars cul-de- <br /> sac length. The DeForest Fire/EMS supports this 1500' cul-de-sac, <br /> and the Plan Commission felt it was acceptable under the present <br /> uses.
