r, R <br /> ( ( <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7290 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Windsor. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Windsor be amended to include in the C-2 Commercial District/s the <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7290 <br /> A parcel of land located in the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 and in the SE 1/4, SW 1/4 and NW <br /> 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 32, Town of Windsor, described as follows: Commencing at <br /> the South quarter corner of said Section 32; thence N89°14'45" East, 90.94 feet; thence <br /> N00°45'16" West, 175.49 feet; thence N89°34'05" East, 314.68 feet to the Southeast <br /> corner of Lot #18, Chase Farms First Addition and the point of beginning; thence <br /> N00°06'23" East, 400.02 feet; thence N89°34'05" East, 240.00 feet; thence N00°06'23" <br /> East, 862.70 feet; thence S83°25'54"West, 252.52 feet;thence N04°45'13" West, 152.19 <br /> feet; thence N24°08'20" West, 279.87 feet; thence N29°00'00" West, 14.12 feet; thence <br /> N61°00'00" East, 283.00 feet; thence N29°00'00" West, 425.97 feet; thence S61°00'00" <br /> West, 337.90 feet; thence N29°00'00" West, 404.89 feet; thence N58°41'33" East, <br /> 214.50 feet; thence N89°21'32" East, 1,324.06 feet; thence S00°02'07" West, 1,321.53 <br /> feet; thence N89°18'04" East, 938.55 feet; thence S08°01'55" West, 180.10 feet; thence <br /> S16°38'18" West, 322.44 feet; thence S21°30'05" West, 640.19 feet; thence S55°16'51" <br /> West, 136.85 feet; thence S89°34'05"West, 1,387.07 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> RECORDING OF AN APPROVED PLAT REQUIRED <br /> The above listed descriptions is/are intended to describe land for which a plat will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective,if within one year of its approval by Dane County,a plat that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to <br /> record the plat will cause this amendment to be null and void. A copy of the recorded plat shall be <br /> submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective,if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the <br /> land shall record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1.That the following items are uses that will not be allowed in the rezone area: <br /> a) 10.14(h)bulk fuel storage,sales and storage of lumber and building material and 10.14(1) slaughterhouses, <br /> meat processing plants. <br /> 2.An approved development agreement with revised restrictive covenants. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land <br /> within 300 feet of the site. Failure to record the restrictions will cause the rezone to be null and void. \74C\C. 1 ]t <br /> A copy of the recorded document shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning ■ 11 �•r•'‘'\ <br /> fir <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
