He wants to add 100'x165' or 0.38 acres to the West,which he will purchase from the <br /> adjoining farm owner,Hougan,whose 36 acre farm is zoned A-1EX. The result will be 1.09 acres net for <br /> Vol la,which would be rezoned to <br /> A-2(1)to accommodate Volla's new house and a proposed 36'x80' shed. In exchange, 50' along Volla's <br /> S PL will be rezoned to A-1EX and deeded to Hougan. <br /> Note that one shed on the existing CSM lot is already gone and a second small shed will be <br /> removed before the new house and shed are built.
