Petition no. 7358 is to create one buildable lot in the Olson property in the <br /> town of Black Earth. <br /> B. A previous application for five lots was submitted in July 1997 but was not <br /> approved. ANALYSIS <br /> A. The new lot has road frontage provided by a long 66' strip access that borders <br /> the property line. <br /> B. The new lot is wooded and there is minimal land taken out of farming except <br /> for the access. <br /> C. There are no density issues as the property has several splits available. <br /> III. SUMMARY <br /> A. The current proposal complies with the Dane County Code of Ordinances and <br /> the town plan. <br />
