DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7348 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Black Earth. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Black Earth be amended to include in the RH-4 Rural Homes <br /> District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7348 <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4, the SW 1/4 SW 1/4, Section 23 and the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 of <br /> Section 26, Town of Black Earth described as follows: Beginning at the South quarter <br /> corner of said Section 23; thence N89°49'41"West, 2095.29 feet along the South line of <br /> the Southwest quarter of said Section 23; thence S44°16'17"West, 438.94 feet to a point <br /> on the Northerly right-of-way line of USH 14; thence N45°35'36"Wests, 66.00 feet along <br /> the Northerly right-of-way line of USH 14; thence N44°16'17"East, 466.73 feet; thence <br /> S89°49'41"East, 883.26 feet; thence N57°00'00"East, 406.15 feet; thence N23°46'08" <br /> East, 336.52 feet; thence N18°33'5 T'East 239.32 feet; thence N32°05'29"East, 300.86 <br /> feet; thence N26°00'00"East, 275.46 feet; thence N89°56'21"East, 412.35 feet along the <br /> North line of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 of said Section 23; thence S00°14'32"West, 1328.68 <br /> feet along the East line of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall <br /> be submitted to Dane County Zoning. -- <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
