DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7349 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Black Earth. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Black Earth be amended to include in the RH-3 Rural Homes <br /> District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7349 <br /> A part of the N 1/2 NE 1/4 of Section 31, Town of Black Earth described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 31; thence N90°00'00"West along <br /> the North line of said NE 1/4, 1150.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing <br /> N90°00'00"West along to the point of beginning; thence continuing N90°00'00"West <br /> along said North line, 800.00 feet to the centerline of Reeve Road and the point of <br /> curvature of a 500.00 foot radius centerline curve to the right; thence Southwesterly <br /> 143.87 feet along the arc of said centerline curve, making a central angle of 16°29'10"and <br /> a long chord of 143.37 feet that bears S24°00'00"West; thence S57°00'00"West along <br /> said centerline; 458.37 feet; thence S82°05'14" East, 924.00 feet; thence N53°00'00" <br /> East, 470.00 feet;thence N12°00'00" West, 230.00 to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void.
