DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 8448 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Pleasant Springs. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be amended to include in the R1-1-1 Rural Homes <br /> District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 8448 <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 and part of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 6, <br /> Town of Pleasant Springs described as follows: Commencing at the East quarter of <br /> Section 6; thence S87°27' West,2761 feekt; thence N24°03' East, 418 feet±to the point <br /> of beginning;thence N64°15' West,298.4 feet±;thence N25°45'East,325 feet±;thence <br /> S64°15' East,298.4 feekt;thence S25°45' West, 325 feet±to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description's is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey <br /> map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if <br /> within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the <br /> land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure <br /> to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the <br /> recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> 1.That the following lands be deed noticed to inform current and future owners that the splits for <br /> residential development have been exhausted under current Town/County policies: <br /> All that part of fractional NW1/4 and N1/2 of the fractional SW1/4 of section 6, Township 6 <br /> North,Range 11 East,Town of Pleasant Springs,lyinf south of the Highway 1-90. <br /> All that part of W1/2 of the NE1/4 of section 6, Township 6 North, R a j 1 East, Town of <br /> Pleasant Springs, lying west of the center of Big Door Creek-ally South oNiighway 1-90, <br /> containing approximately 170 acres more or less. <br /> re <br /> a , <br /> \' ' t- " <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
