DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7351 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Roxbury. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Roxbury be amended to include in the RH-3 Rural Homes District/s <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7351 <br /> A parcel of land located in the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 5, Town of Roxbury, <br /> described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the center of Section 5; thence N00°12'36" East along the East line of <br /> Lot #1, of Dane County Certified Survey Map #7584, 371.54 feet to the Northeast corner <br /> of said Lot 1; thence N89°50'21" West along the North line of said Lot #1, 350.00 feet to <br /> the Northwest corner of said Lot #1; thence S00°12'36" West line of said Lot #1, 405.00 <br /> feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing S00°12'36" West along the West Line of <br /> said Lot 1, 80.00 feet; thence S89°50'21" East along the South line of said Lot #1, 70.00 <br /> feet; thence S00°12'36" West, 250.00 feet; thence N89°50'21" West, 245.00 feet; thence <br /> N00°12'36" East, 250.00 feet; thence N65°36'08" East, 192.48 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. Also Lot 1 CSM# 7584. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall <br /> be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> CCV\ <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
