• ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3098 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of MAZOMANIE The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town 'of Mazomanie be amended to include in the R-1,R-1A, RH-2,RH-4 & c-2 District the following described land: Part of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 & SE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 6, Town of Mazomanie, described as follows: TO R-1: Commencing at the SE corner of said Section 6; thence N 89° 39' 38" W, 1320.50 feet; thence N 01° 55' 20" W, 350.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence N 89° 39' 38" W, 286.15 feet; thence N 00° 54' 00" W, 128.22 feet; thence S 85° 00' 00" E, 285.72 feet; thence S 01° 55' 20" E, 105.06 feet to the point of beginning. TO R-1A: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 6; thence N 01° 39' 12" W, 1042.66 feet; thence S 89° 06' 00" W, 1324.58 feet to a point on the East line of SW 1/4 SE 1/4; thence S 01° 55' 20" E, 365.06 feet; thence S 89° 06' 00" W, 625.55 feet; thence N 00° 54' 00" W, 78.74 feet; thence N 89° 06' 00" E, 198.79 feet; thence N 00° 54' 00" W, 286.26 feet; thence N 89° 06' 00" E, 434.25 feet to the point of beginning. The above description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for appreual and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if Within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be re-zoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
