DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7355 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Mazomanie The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Black Earth be amended to include in the RH-3 Rural Homes, A-2(8) Agriculture and C-2 Commercial District/s the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 7355 TO RH-3: Part of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 an part of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 6, Town of Mazomanie described as follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 6, said corner is also the point of beginning of this description. Thence S89°39'38" East for a distance of 188.57 feet; thence N01°52'50" West for a distance of 953.06 feet to the South right-of-way of Beckman Road; thence along a curve to the right having a radius of 531.0 feet and on arc length of 540.23 feet, being subtended by a chord of N55°39'09"West for a distance of 517.23 feet along said right-of-way; thence along a curve to the left having a radius of 89.30 feet and an arc length of 87.36 feet, being subtended by a chord of N54°24'20" West for a distance of 83.92 feet along said right-of-way; thence S01°41'00"East for a distance of 1293.49 feet; thence N89°50'27" East for a distance of 300.00 feet to the point of beginning. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c).
