The <br /> parcel to be divided is approximately 23 acres and is owned entirely by Robert <br /> Johnson. The proposed CSM would divide said parcel into Lot 1 which is <br /> approximately 2.1 acres and Lot 2 which is shown to be approximately 15.75 acres <br /> (it may be approximately 20.8 acres). Mr. and Mrs. Lane and Judith Taylor are <br /> proposing to purchase Lot 1 and use it for operating their auto parts business. <br /> We are currently in the process of obtaining all the necessary governmental <br /> approvals to rezone and subdivide the subject parcel. We have filed an application <br /> to rezone the parcel with the Dane County Zoning and Natural Resources <br /> Committee. (Zoning Petition No. 7357 Robert H. Johnson—Town of Christiana: <br /> Proposed Change From the A-1 EX Exclusive Agricultural to the C-1 Commercial <br /> and A-2 Agricultural). Staff of the Dane County Zoning and Natural Resources <br /> Committee has made comment that there is some question whether or not access <br /> would be available to the Lots from U.S.H. 12 & 18. <br /> Accordingly, we are writing this letter and submitting the enclosed <br /> proposed CSM and kindly request your Department to review this proposal to <br /> determine whether or not access to the Lots from U.S.H. 12 & 18 is available. We <br /> understand that approval of an access is upon issuance of an access permit. We <br />
