DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7357 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Christiana. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Christiana be amended to include in the C-1 Commercial and A-2 <br /> Agriculture District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7357 <br /> TO C-1: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4, Section 1, Town of Christiana described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the center quarter corner of Section 1, thence S86°48'23"West, along the <br /> North line of the SW 1/4, 678.36 feet; thence thence S00°27'57" West, 414.08 feet; <br /> thence S18°09'10" West, 367.53 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue <br /> S18°09'10"West, 250 feet to the Northerly line of STH 12 & 18, thence N56°14'57" <br /> West along said Northerly line, 54.31 feet; thence continue along said Northerly line <br /> N53°23'09" West, 295.69 feet; thence N18°09'10" East, 250 feet; thence S53°23'09" <br /> East, 350 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> TO A-2: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 and the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 1, Town of <br /> christiana described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of the SW 1/4 of <br /> Section 1;thence S86°48'23"West along the North line of the SW 1/4, 678.36 feet to the <br /> point of beginning; thence S00°27'57" West, 414.08 feet; thence S18°09'10" West, <br /> 367.53 feet; thenceN53 023'09"West, 350 feet; thence S18°09'10"West, 250 feet to the <br /> North line of US Highway 12 & 18; thence Norhtwesterly along the North line of said <br /> highway, 1260 feet more or less to its intersection with the North line of the aforesaid <br /> Southwest quarter; thence N86°48' East along said North line 1510 feet more or less to <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CER 1141ED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void.
