November 6, 1998 <br /> RE: Authorization of Lane Taylor as Agent for Application for <br /> Zoning Petition No. 7357 <br /> I, Robert H. Johnson, hereby designate, appoint and authorize Lane Taylor, <br /> in addition to James R. Hanson. as one of my representatives and agents for the <br /> purpose of applying for a zoning petition to rezone a certain approximately 23 acre • <br /> parcel of property located along U.S.N. 12 & 1 R in the Town of Christiana from <br /> A-LEX to C-1 and A-2 (more specifically, Dane C'ountyZoning.Petition No. <br /> 7357), and for the purpose of amending any such application. <br /> Accordingly, either Lane Taylor, individually. or James R. Hanson, <br /> individually, may request or effect an amendment to Zoning Petition No. 7357. <br /> This authorization of agency shall be of lcctivc as of the date of the <br /> application for rezoning said property, even though the date hereof may be after <br /> the date of said application for rezoning. <br /> Robert H.
