The following views are mine and not the
boards.
1. They noted flat according to village ordinance on public sewer,
see enclosed pe.per] while during the same meeting we allowed a
family to put a septic system in for a divided lot, in which sewer is
avcailable. I f we can do it for one why can't we do it for the other?
2. They say it is; not in our "long range plan." Please read enclosed
papers, which is a copy of our "long range plan."
In closing I feel that the building of the store will not hurt the village.
But if we fail to act to try to keep it that will hurt. The critics say that
once we let on;place up there everybody will want to be there. That's
where we, the 3anning commission. come in with our planning. I can't
see a way of stopping all growth like some want. What we need is
controlled growth!
As I noted I fe,! the village has not proven a solid case on how this
relocation of this business will hurt and distract from the village.
411!
