DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7336 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of York. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of York be amended to include in the A-1 EX Exclusive Agricultural <br /> Districtls the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7336 <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 7, Town of York described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 7; thence East along the North <br /> line of said quarter Section 952.46 feet; thence South 39.40 feet to the South line of CTH <br /> V and the point of beginning of the lands to be described; thence S80°54'34" East along <br /> the said South line 169.35 feet; thence East 34.18 feet; thence South 206.32 feet; thence <br /> West 201.40 feet;thence North 233.08 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> 1. This amendment will be effective, if within 1 year of its adoption by Dane County the owner <br /> or owners of the land shall submit to the Planning and Development Department a letter <br /> stipulating that all telecommunication equipment has been removed from the rezone area. <br /> Failure to provide this data to Dane County within the specified time period will cause <br /> the rezone to be null and void. <br /> \i; \\ <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
