Brady Farrell,Farrell Construction Engineering, agent),Vienna <br /> 13 <br /> Conditional Use Permit for a Drive-in Establishment in the C-1 District <br /> Restaurant Group of Iowa,Inc.,operates 14 Arby's Restaurants in Iowa&Wisconsin(not including <br /> the Arby's on Gammon Road in Madison.)They wish to build a 3,780 SF Arby's Restaurant <br /> (incorporating a T.J. Cinnamon's cinnamon roll outlet)and a separate,2,400 SF convenience store <br /> with 6 gas pumps on a 1.43 acre parcel located at the intersection of CTH V and Morrisonville Road <br /> between Culver's and the Holiday Inn Express. (Apparently Morrisonville Road will be relocated to <br /> the West side of this parcel at some future time.) The old 7E's Restaurant on this site would be <br /> demolished. <br /> This development requires a CUP because of the drive-through restaurant service and the gas <br /> pump islands. The restaurant would seat 116+-patrons with outdoor seating for 12-16, and would <br /> have 53 parking spaces. Its' hours of operation would be 7AM-11PM,with 6-8 FT and 10 PT <br /> employees. The convenience store would be open 5AM-12PM,with 2FT and other PT employees, <br /> The owners hope to open by late <br /> November, 1998. <br /> REGIONAL PLANNING <br /> CUP 1517. This proposed re-use of a vacant restaurant building appears consistent with adopted <br /> town/county policies in the Town of Vienna. This area is served by public sewer and water service. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (septic, etc.) <br /> DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> C.U.P. 1517. CTH "V" is a controlled access highway. An access permit is presently being reviewed <br /> to grant a temporary access, to CTH "V", that will be eliminated when Morrisonville Road is <br /> relocated. <br /> OTHER <br />
