Application <br /> Derr Farms, Inc. <br /> 1415 Greenway Road <br /> Marshall, WI 53559 <br /> In January of this year a one(1) acre parcel on the Derr Farm was rezoned from A-1 EX <br /> to A-2 (1) for the construction of a communications tower(C.U.P.7119/1473). Now, due <br /> to the landowners concerns, we are requesting that the site be relocated approximately 1/4 <br /> mile northwesterly of the original site, still within the Den Farm property. We are <br /> concurrently filing a petition to rezone the original one (1) acre parcel back to A-1 EX. <br /> The existing zoning on the new parcel is A-1 EX, and we are requesting the one (1') acre <br /> parcel to be rezoned to A-2 (1) for the purpose of constructing a telecommunications <br /> tower with associated antenna arrays and service buildings. <br /> The neighboring properties are used for agricultural purposes. <br /> It is the intent of SBA, Inc. to construct the tower within sixty(60) days of receipt of <br /> rezoning and issuance of a Building Permit. After construction, and aside from attaching <br /> future antenna arrays and siting future service buildings, the only trafic to the site will be <br /> service vehicles for monthly maintenance or emergency visits.
