Hansberry's now <br /> wish to"subtract"0.16 acres along the West side of their parcel by rezoning it"back'to A-EX,to be <br /> combined with the 200 acre Manley farm. At the same time,they wish to add about 1 acre of A-1EX <br /> land to the East side of their R-1 parcel,totaling 2.3+acres to be rezoned to RH-1. This parcel is <br /> located on the N side of CTH T. <br /> The Manley's wish to create a 4.0 acre RH-2 parcel about 200' W of their daughter's RH-1 <br /> parcel,on the N side of CTH T. This lot would allow for the Manley's to build a new home for <br /> themselves some time in the next 2-5 years. <br /> The Manley's also wish to separate the existing farmhouse and 2 large outbuildings from the <br /> farm by creating a 2.1 acre parcel to be zoned RH-1.
