Dedication of an additional 7 feet of road right-of-way on Old Sauk Road. <br /> 2. Vehicular access to Old Sauk Road is prohibited. <br /> 3. Building permit issuance is subject to site approval by the Town Board based upon <br /> recommendation of the Town,eingineer and Town adniinistr'ator. <br /> 4. The area east of the building envelope shall be maintained as open space planted in native <br /> grasses and wild flowers.No development shall be allowed in this area without the prior written <br /> approval of the Town Board. <br /> 5. The petitioner shall comply with the Town's landscape ordinance. <br /> 6. Construction shall not commence until the Town engineer is satisfied that the vision corner at <br /> Schewe Road and Old Sauk Road is satisfactory. <br /> 7. The church must submit a"lighting plan" for approval by the Town Board. <br /> 8. The church must submit a manure management plan regarding the agricultural activities which <br /> will continue on the property for approval by the Town Board. <br /> 9. Submittal of a site plan to the Planning and Development Department. <br />
