Supervisor Breunig moved, seconded by Supervisor Held, to approve the Conditional Use <br /> Permit subject to the foil owing conditions: <br /> -Dedication of ar additional 7'of road right-of-way on Old Sauk Road. <br /> -Vehicular Access to Old Sauk Road is Prohibited, <br /> -Building Permit issuance is subject to Site Plan approval by the Town Board based upon <br /> recommendation of the Town Engineer and Town Administrator. <br /> -The area east of the building envelope shall be maintained as open space planted in <br /> native grasses and wild flowers. No development shall be allowed in this area without <br /> the prior written i Lpproval of the Town Board. <br /> -The petitioner st all comply with the Town's Landscape Ordinance. <br /> -Construction shall not commence until the Town Engineer is satisfied that the vision <br /> corner at Schewe Road and Old Sauk Road is satisfactory. <br /> -The Church must submit a "lighting plan"for approval by the Town Board. <br /> -The Church mus:submit a manure management plan regarding the agricultural activities <br /> which will contin le on the property for approval by the Town Board. <br /> MOTION CARRIED. :i-0. <br /> We appreciate the opportunity to communicate the Town's decision regarding this matter to <br /> your office.
