DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7339 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Springfield. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Springfield be amended to include in the A-2(4) Agricultural District/s the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 7339 A parcel of land in th NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 and also in the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 8, Town of Springfield described as follows: Thence N00°10'21"West, 666.36 feet; thence S89°08'16"West, 267.32 feet; thence N 11°21'18"East, 45.2 feet; thence N49°32'36"West, 112.58 feet; thence S38°09'00"West, 117.50 feet; thence S58°26'53" West, 226.80 feet; thence S00°59'03"East, 27.04 feet; thence N89°08'04"East, 120.74 feet; thence N84°06'21"East, 111.67 feet; thence N84°06'21"East, 311.81 feet; thence S19°45'17"East, 69.27 feet; thence along the arc of a curve concaved Southwesterly, having a radius of 523.89 feet and a long chord of S13°05'46"East, 106.34 feet; thence S08°06'15"East, 1453 feet; thence along the arc of a curve concaved Northerly, having a radius of 288.50 feet, and a long chord of S43°46'10" East, 336.42 feet; thence S79°26'05"East, 47.97 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. \sc:(116 /f The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1Xa),(b),(c).
