Hwy P <br /> Cross Plains, WI 53528 <br /> SUBJECT: Rezoning Petition <br /> This is to request rezoning from A-1 to RH-3 of approximately 10 acres <br /> (between 9-15 acres, depending on survey results) of the total 71 .2 acres <br /> that we own on County Hwy P. (52 acres lie in the Town of Berry; 19 acres <br /> are in the Town of Springfield. All of the land requested to be rezoned <br /> lies in the Town of Berry.) <br /> We plan to sell the land rezoned RH-3,and the existing home on the land, <br /> to our daughter and her family, Susanne and Michael Smebak and children. <br /> No new home will be constructed. <br /> The request to rezone the house and surrounding land from A-1 to RH-3 <br /> was considered and approved by the Town of Berry planning committee and <br /> at the following town board meeting on June 15, 1998. <br /> / CP` <br /> //, <br />
