DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7302 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Vienna. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Vienna be amended to include in the A-2(1) Agricultural Districts the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 7302 Part of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 13, Town of Vienna described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 13; thence along the West line of said Northwest quarter, S01°39'40"East, 1637.63 feet; thence S89°23'00"East, 67.67 feet to a point on the East right-of-way line of CTH I and the point of beginning; thence continuing S89°23'00"East, 188.72 feet; thence S30°01'13"East, 161.52 feet; thence S47°15'43"West, 33.02 feet; thence S64°26'50"West, 99.37 feet; thence S01°34'00" East, 39.84 feet; thence N89°23'00"West, 150.00 feet to a point on the East right-of-way line of CTH I; thence N01°34'00' West along said East right-of-way line, 245.45 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERM D SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c).
