DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7304 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Perry. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Perry be amended to include in the RH-3 Rural Homes Districts the <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7304 <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 and the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 3, Town of Perry <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 3; thence <br /> N00°00'00" West, 560 feet to a point in the centerline of Spring Valley Road and the <br /> point of beginning; thence N80°00'00"East, 200.00 feet;thence N45°00'00"East, 320.00 <br /> feet;thence N42°00'00"East, 670.00 feet to the North line of said SW 1/4 SE 1/4; thence <br /> N89°56'00" West along said North line, 900.00 feet; thence S41°00'00" West, 214.50 <br /> feet to a point in said centerline;thence S25°00'00"East along said centerline, 425.00 feet <br /> to the point of curvature of a 615.00 feet radius centerline curve to the right; thence <br /> Southeasterly 176.00 feet along the arc of said centerline curve, making a central angle of <br /> 16°30'00" and a long chord of 170.00 feet that bears S16°00'00" East to a point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDmONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed descriptions is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall <br /> be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> 1. Subject to driveway construction according to engineer drawin and acceptable perk <br /> test. <br /> • <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(l)(a),(b),(c). <br />
