DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7340 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Springfield. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Springfield be amended to include in the A-2(4) Agricultural <br /> Districts the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7340 <br /> A parcel of land located in the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 10, and also part of the <br /> SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 3, Town of Springfield described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the S 1/2 of said Section 3; thence West 320 feet; thence S79°12'52" <br /> West, 375 feet, to the point of beginning; thence continue S79°12'52"West, 163.71 feet; <br /> thence S79°53'53" West, 181.15 feet; thence S76°53'26" West, 278.23 feet; thence <br /> NO1°42'02"West, 299.10 feet; thence N78°22'31"East, 622.92 feet; thence S01°42'02" <br /> East, 299.10 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall <br /> be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> k> <br /> 1-* .% <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1Xa),(b),(c). <br />
