We presently own a 6 acre parcel that is zoned A-1 exclusive. We propose to <br /> divide the land into 2 3acre lots that would each require a zoning change to RH-1.One <br /> single family residence would be built on each lot and the lots would be consistant with <br /> the size and zoning of the neighborhood. <br /> We would like to deed restrict these parcels to(1)no further land division and <br /> (2)horses only. <br />
