He also owned Lot 1, CSM 7509--8.19 acres, <br /> zoned RH-2—until he sold it recently. The latter parcel,which formed an"el"around the South and East <br /> sides of the former parcel,was sold in August 1997,then annexed to the City of Madison. However, Gust <br /> retained two slivers,one of 0.16 acres along his East PL and one of 0.25 acres along his S PL. The slivers <br /> were not annexed to the City,but were intended to be combined with Gust's Lot 1, CSM 4749 for a total of <br /> 2.57 acres. Now Gust needs to rezone the slivers to RH-1 for zoning compliance. <br /> REGIONAL PLANNING <br /> Petition 7345.
