DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7345 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Verona. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Verona be amended to include in the RH 1 Rural Homes District/s <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7345 <br /> A part of Lot #1, CSM#7509, as located in part of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 Section 22, <br /> Town of Verona, described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of CSM#4759, <br /> thence N89°50'21"West, 193.70 feet; thence along a curve to the right of radius 1444.30 <br /> feet and long chord of S28°13'13"East 66.54 feet; thence S89°56'33"East 174.03 feet; <br /> thence N11°26'28"West, 59.45 feet to the point of beginning. Also, beginning at the <br /> Southeast corner of CSM#4759; thence N16°06'30"West 413.0 feet; thence N63°18'23" <br /> East 34.83 feet; thence S11°26'28"East 420.79 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1Xa),(b),(c). <br />
