PETITION TO Ah�D ZONING(Rezone <br /> ORDINANCE <br /> Petition AMENDMENT NO 6974 <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies & Gentleman: - <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board of Supervisors to <br /> amend the Zoning Ordinance Amendment which is in effect on the following <br /> described land in Section 36 , Town of Black Earth <br /> Dane County, Wisconsin. <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4, W 1/2 SE 1/4 and E 1/2 SW 1/4, Section 36, Town of Black Earth <br /> described as follows: Lots 2, 3 and 4, of CSM #8967 found in Volume 50, Page 96 of Certi- <br /> fied Survey Maps, Dane County -Register-of Deeds Office - Also, Lots 1, 2 and 3 of CSM <br /> #8968 found in Volume 50, Page 99 of Certified Survey Maps, Dane County Register of <br /> Deeds Office. <br /> CURRENT PROVISIONS: <br /> The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> 1. The Zoning and Natural Resources Committee adopted model"Private Road Agreement" <br /> shall be utilized. <br /> 2. The buildable area of Lot 1 shall be limited to an area 250 feet from the centerline of County Highway <br /> "KP"and east of the west line of Lot 3 extended. <br /> 3.The buildable area of Lot A shall be entirely within the SE1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 36. <br /> 4.All of the lots will have one common access point from County Highway"KP". <br /> 5.Lots 1,2,3 which have frontage on County Highway"KP"will not be allowed to use that frontage for <br /> access but will be required to use the shared access drive. <br /> 6.Access point shall be located directly across"KP"from Ripp driveway. <br /> 7.The rezoned area shall be developed in a manner consistent with the above conditions and the attached <br /> development plan labeled Exhibit A and dated 11/18/97. <br /> 8.
