DOG KENNEL <br /> Building: 30 ' x 56 ' steel insulated building, with <br /> heat and air conditioning. <br /> Inside : 21 runs . 18 indoor/outdoor runs , 3 indoor runs. <br /> Office, bathing area and training room. <br /> Outside : 8 ' chainlink/cement runs . Surrounding the <br /> outside runs , gravel for drainage from <br /> runoff from rain and snow. <br /> Septic : gallon holding tank for waste water <br /> and dog fecal material. Tank will be pumped <br /> by a pumping co . as needed. This will comply <br /> with the DNR Animal Waste Regulations . <br /> Water: Tap into our current well . <br /> Building will house four (4) of our personal dogs, plus 1 or 2 <br /> dogs in training for the WAGS Program (dogs for people with <br /> disabilities) . 15 runs will be for dog boarders . <br /> Dogs will be housed indoors , and will be put outside to relieve <br /> themselves and to allow cleaning of the inside runs . The dogs <br /> will be put outside 3 or 4 times per day for approximately <br /> 1/2 hour time periods . <br /> Noisy and unruly dogs will be kept in the inside only runs, <br /> and walked on a leash to avoid disruptive behavior and noise . <br /> We expect to be at full capacity only on holidays , with 50- 3 9 <br /> 70% capacity ( 7-10 dogs) on a daily basis . <br /> Training room is for our use only, we will not be holding `�L‘ <br /> obedience classes .
