Zoning Committee:Regarding zoning petition#7322 8-13-98 <br /> As a neighbor in the area that is being requested for a zoning change I am opposed to the <br /> change.For the following reasons: <br /> 1.The applicants already have a very large kennel on the property,with numerous dogs being kept <br /> there;I cannot imagine how bad it would be to have more dogs on this property. <br /> 2.The dogs that are on this property now bark incessantly day and night 365 day per year. Since I <br /> have been a neighbor to this property the property owners have never taken responsibility for chronic <br /> barking noise that we have been subjected to. <br /> 3. My wish is that the owners of this property be more considerate of their neighbors by some how <br /> quieting the dogs that they do have,to have fewer dogs on the property and to not provide boarding for <br /> other peoples dogs,which seem to bark even more than the dogs that they already have. <br /> I wish to remain.anonymous. <br /> 11 (0 <br /> Ats V <br /> 251998 <br /> D.C.
