That the C-1 rezone area be utilized only for a veterinary <br /> clinic with dog and cat boarding and grooming and training <br /> facility. <br /> 2) . That the boarding kennel and grooming salon be for 100 dogs <br /> and cats only. <br /> 3) . Submittal of an acceptable manure storage plan. <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE AFTER PUBLIC HEARING AND <br /> IN THEIR CONSIDERATION OF THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MADE THE <br /> FOLLOWING FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1 . That the establishment, maintenance and operation of the <br /> proposed conditional use will not be detrimental to or endanger <br /> the public health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare. <br />
