DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7292 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Medina. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Medina be amended to include in the C-1 Commercial Districts the <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER/C.U.P.NUMBER: 7292/1511 <br /> Part of the E 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 8, Town of Medina described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 8; thence S86°19'02" <br /> West, along the East-West quarter line of said Section 8, 1977.89 feet; thence S00°08'12" <br /> West, along the West line of said E 1/2, 589.74 feet to the point of beginning;thence <br /> S89°51'48"East, 125.00 feet; thence S00°08'12"West, 225.00 feet; thence N89°51'48" <br /> West, 125.00 feet; thence N00°08'12"East, 225.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the <br /> land chall record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1.That only a veterinary clinic with dog and cat boarding, grooming, and training facility be allowed on — g/ r k <br /> the C-1 rezone area. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land <br /> within 300 feet of the site.
