DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE_AMENDMENT NO. 7325 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Oregon. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Oregon be amended to include in the RH-i Rural Homes Districts the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 7325 A parcel of land located in the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 and the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 5, Town of Oregon described as follows: Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 5, thence SO4°23'05"West,along the West-line of said NE 1/4, 1261.74 feet to the South right-of-way of Arba Road; thence N87°43'12" East, along said South right-of-way, 1414.17 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing N87°43'12"East, along said South right-of-way, 66.00 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot #2, of Certified Survey Map#3395; thence S02°16'48"East, along the West line of said Lot #2, 164.25 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot #2, thence SO4°23'05" West, 500.00 feet; thence S85°36'55"East, 229.50 feet; thence SO4°23'05"Wst, 295.50 feet; thence N85°36'55" West, 295.50 feet; thence N04°23'05" East, 791.66 feet; thence NO2°16'48" West, 160.41 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. 4, The Dane County Board of Supeivisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State•Statute 9L77(1)(14(b),(c).
