DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE_AMENDMENT NO. 7325 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Oregon. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Oregon be amended to include in the RH-i Rural Homes Districts <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7325 <br /> A parcel of land located in the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 and the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 5, Town <br /> of Oregon described as follows: Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section <br /> 5, thence SO4°23'05"West,along the West-line of said NE 1/4, 1261.74 feet to the South <br /> right-of-way of Arba Road; thence N87°43'12" East, along said South right-of-way, <br /> 1414.17 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing N87°43'12"East, along said <br /> South right-of-way, 66.00 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot #2, of Certified Survey <br /> Map#3395; thence S02°16'48"East, along the West line of said Lot #2, 164.25 feet to <br /> the Southwest corner of said Lot #2, thence SO4°23'05" West, 500.00 feet; thence <br /> S85°36'55"East, 229.50 feet; thence SO4°23'05"Wst, 295.50 feet; thence N85°36'55" <br /> West, 295.50 feet; thence N04°23'05" East, 791.66 feet; thence NO2°16'48" West, <br /> 160.41 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall <br /> be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> 4, <br /> The Dane County Board of Supeivisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin Stateā¢Statute 9L77(1)(14(b),(c). <br />
