• • DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7326 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Bristol The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Bristol be amended to include in the C-2 Commercial Districtls the following described land: PETITION NUMBER 7326 A parcel of land being part of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4, the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 and the SW 4/ of the NE 1/4 of Section 23, Town of Bristol described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 23; thence S01°07'26"East, along the East line of said NE 1/4, 1,044.71 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing 501° 07'26"East, along East line 277.64 feet to the Southeast corner of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 23; thence Westerly along the South line of said NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 to a point 440 feet East of the Southwest corner of said NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4; thence Southerly 203 feet parallel with the West line of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4, of said Section 23; thence Southwesterly to a point on the West line of said SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4, 556 feet South of the Northwest corner of said SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4; thence South along said West line to a point 379.5. feet North of the Southwest corner of sid SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4; thence Westerly 190 feet more or less to the Easterly right-of-way of USH 151; thence N21°28'42"East, along said Easterly right-of-way line, 265 feet more or less to station • 893+00.00 on State Highway Plans Project#1111-05-21; thence N25°56'53"East, along said right-of-way, 700.02 feet; thence N29°38'53"East,' 596.67 feet; thence N32°34'50" East, 791.90 feet; thence N45°28'51"East, 284.08 feet to the end of said Easterly right- of-way; thence S39°27'06"East, 141.01 feet to the West right-of-way of Twin Lane Road; thence 'S01°04'11' East along said West right-of-way, 291.06 feet; thence SO4°31'34" East along,said West right-of-way, 601.09 feet; thence N88°55'49" East, • 33.76 feet to the point of beginning.
