Page 1 <br /> DANE COUNTY <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #1520 <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD <br /> PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255(2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> DOES HEREBY: <br /> GRANT: The Conditional Use Permit subject to conditions. <br /> FOR: Parking of semi-tractor/trailer and livestock. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 8/10/99 EXPIRATION DATE: (See Below) <br /> THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 31, Town of Dunkirk <br /> described as follows:. Beginning at the intersection of the West <br /> right-of-way line of Highway 138 with the North line of the SE <br /> 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of said Section 31; thence South along said <br /> West right-of-way line 520 feet; thence West parallel with said <br /> North line 75 feet; 'thence North 520 feet to said North line; <br /> thenceEast 755 feet to the place of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, <br /> any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for <br /> revocation of this permit. <br /> 1) . A manure management plan be prepared. <br /> 2) . Limited to 45 feeder steers. <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE AFTER PUBLIC HEARING AND <br /> IN THEIR CONSIDERATION OF THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MADE THE <br /> FOLLOWING FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1. That the establishment, maintenance and operation of the <br /> proposed conditional use will not be detrimental to or endanger <br /> the public health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare. <br /> 2. That the uses, values and enjoyment of other property in the <br /> neighborhood for purposes already permitted will not be <br /> substantially impaired or diminished by the establishment, <br /> maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use. <br />
