DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7328 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Dunkirk. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunkirk be amended to include in the A-2(8) Agricultural District/s the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 7328 TO A-2(8): Part of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 31, Town of Dunkirk described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the West right-of-way line of Highway 138 with the North line of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of said Section 31; thence South along said West right- of-way line 520 feet; thence West parallel with said North line 75 feet; thence North 520 feet to said North line; thenceEast 755 feet to the place of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIN D SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description's is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. 1.Manure would be spread on remaing 70 acres, a woven wire fence with electric fence insider to be installed, a dry lot would be used in dry weather only. \C\ \. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c).
