DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7328 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Dunkirk. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Dunkirk be amended to include in the A-2(8) Agricultural District/s <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7328 <br /> TO A-2(8): <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 31, Town of Dunkirk described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the intersection of the West right-of-way line of Highway 138 with the North <br /> line of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of said Section 31; thence South along said West right- <br /> of-way line 520 feet; thence West parallel with said North line 75 feet; thence North 520 <br /> feet to said North line; thenceEast 755 feet to the place of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIN D SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description's is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall <br /> be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> 1.Manure would be spread on remaing 70 acres, a woven wire fence with electric fence <br /> insider to be installed, a dry lot would be used in dry weather only. <br /> \C\ \. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
