WHEREAS, <br /> is/are the owner/s of the following described land in the <br /> Town of Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> to-wit: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 25, Town of Dane <br /> described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said <br /> NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 25; thence North 1324 feet; <br /> thence Esaat 800 feet to the Westerly railroad right-of-way; <br /> thence South along said Westerly railroad right-of-way 1330 feet; <br /> thence West 380 feet; thence North 310 feet; thence West 325 <br /> feet; thence South 310 feet; thence West 120 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> II. WHEREAS said owner desires to place certain restrictions thereon, <br /> to bind the owner and those who may acquire title hereafter. <br /> III.
