When the Ripp's asked to rezone 2.5 acres as a homesite for their son in May 1998 (Pet#7225), <br /> they didn't realize that the remainder of the 25.5 parcel, which is separated from the rest of their 300 <br /> acre farm by both a road and a railroad ROW,now requires a CSM and must be rezoned.
