TOWN OF MIDDLETON <br /> 7555 WEST OLD SAUK ROAD <br /> VERONA, WI 53593 <br /> August 18, 1998 <br /> Mr. Norbert Scribner, <br /> Authorized Representath e <br /> Land Division Review <br /> Planning&Development <br /> City-County Building,Room 116 <br /> Madison, WI 53709 <br /> Dear Mr. Scribner: <br /> The Town of Middlet rn Board of Supervisors, acting in a legally noticed and convened <br /> meeting on August 17, 1598 approved the Rezoning Petition submitted by Robert Rowe <br /> (Rezoning Petition #7330): <br /> S.PUBLIC BEARING -7:45 PM-ROBERT RO31azEoUE5T TO REZONE FROM <br /> A-i TO RH-1 <br /> Chairman Tallard called the Public Hearing to order at 7:55 PM. Robert Rowe appeared <br /> before the Board and incil:ated the rezoning was necessary in order to retain the barn and storage <br /> shed on his property. Roes e noted that the property had been recently platted. The combined <br /> square footage of the accessory buildings exceeds the square footage of the residence thereby <br /> requiring the rezoning. Rcwe also indicated that no animals other than dogs and/or cats would be <br /> on the property. Rowe spe cifically stated that no cows,horses,pigs or fowl would be maintained <br /> on the property. <br /> Supervisor Mueller me ved, seconded by Supervisor field, to close the Public Hearing at <br /> 8:05 PM. <br /> MOTION CARRIED. <br /> Supervisor Mueller me ved,seconded by Supervisor Riker, to approve the rezoning petition <br /> from A-1 to RH-1 subject to the provision that no animals other than dogs and cats are allowed <br /> an the property. The Boars l's approval is also contingent on the approval of the rezoning request <br /> by the Plan Commission at its September, 1998 meeting. <br /> MOTION CARRIED. .0. <br /> 1 <br />
