DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7333 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Pleasant Springs. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be amended to include in the R-3 Residential <br /> District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7333 <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 18, Town of Pleasant Springs described as follows: <br /> Commencing at Section South quarter corner; thence North 478.5 feet to point of <br /> beginning; thence S89° West 86 feet, thence South 118 feet; thence N89° East 86 feet; <br /> thence North 118 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> `\ <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
