DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7313 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Sun Prairie. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie be amended to include in the A-B Agricultural Business <br /> District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7313 <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 also SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 2, Town of Sun <br /> Prairie described as follows: Beginning at the South quarter corner of said Section 2; <br /> thence S89°50'15" East along the South line of said 1/4 1/4, 1318.91 feet; thence <br /> NO2°39'58"East along the East line of said 1/4 1/4, 833.49 feet; thence S86°42'04"East <br /> parallel to the South right-of-way line of said Soo Line Railroad lands 1317.05 feet; <br /> thence NO2°36'53" East along the Easterly line of said SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4, 66.00 feet; <br /> thence N86°42'04" West along the Southerly right-of--way of the Soo Line Railroad <br /> Company Lands, 1316.99 feet; thence NO2°39'58" East along the East line of said 1/4 <br /> 1/4, 25.25. feet; thence N86°42'04" West along the South right-of-way line of the Soo <br /> Line Railroad Company lands, 1316.84 feet; thence S02°43'04" West along the West line <br /> of said 1/4 1/4, 996.90 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> AND <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 and the SE 1/4 of Section 2, Town of Sun Prairie described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 2;thence NO2°43'04"East along <br /> the West line of said 1/4 1/4, 1311.40 feet to the point of beginning; thence S89°49'17" <br /> East, 658.86 feet;thence S02°41'31" West along the East line of the Westerly 1/2 of the <br /> SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 2, 300.87 feet; thence N86°42'04" West along the North <br /> right-of-way of the Soo Line Railroad Company lands, 658.38 feet; thence NO2°43'04" <br /> East along the West line of said 1/4 1/4, 265.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
